Cylindrical tank with conical bottom, suitable for:

Description:
Internal tank made entirely of Aisi 304 stainless steel, thermally insulated and complete with electric stirrer with shaped blades for breaking the clot. Heat exchange via direct contact chamber in the cavity.

Heating jacket placed on the walls and bottom for heating by steam, hot water or electric resistance; cooling via hot mains water or cold water.

Optional: fully automated management of the entire production cycle.
