Quality, type and consistency of the product obtained in the cheese vat will be transferred unchanged thanks to the communicating vessels system.

The unloading speed is regulated through telescopic lifting by the difference between the unloading product level and the product level into the vat.

Main features :

Open stainless steel tank with vertical axis, thermally insulated on the bottom and walls.

Steam or hot water heat production and cooling system by mains or icy water.
