The machine was conceived, designed and built for the heat exchange of particularly complex and/or delicate products due to their structure and viscosity.
Description:
The shaping of the tubes keeps the product moving for a uniform heat exchange.
The shell and tube heat exchanger will therefore allow the product to be heated, pasteurized or cooled while maintaining its structure unchanged.
Applications:
Suitable for the pasteurization of liquid and semi-liquid food products, such as:
- milk
- cream
- fruit juices
- food supplements
- beer
Main features:
- Automatic pasteurization temperature regulation system;
- Pasteurization temperature recording system on digital media (USB);
- Product pump managed by inverter in such a way as to increase the flow rate during the washing phase and reduce it during pasteurization so as not to damage the structure of the product
- Flow rate: from 300 to 5,000 l/h
Basic thermal cycle:
- Product entry: between 4 and 10°C
- Pasteurization can be set between 75 and 90°C
- Thermostatic hold: 20-90-180 seconds
- Product output: 4°C (via freezing water)
