Continuous pasteurization of liquid to semi-dense food products
Characteristics:
Machine in monobloc version: all the equipment is assembled and connected turnkey on a single stainless steel frame positioned on 4 adjustable feet.
The product flows in the plates are made in such a way that, in the event of a puncture in one of the plates, the product still to be pasteurized cannot contaminate the already pasteurized product.
The thermal recovery system means that the heat of the product after pasteurization is used to heat the "raw" product entering the pasteurizer.
The pump is managed by an inverter, which, during pasteurization, lowers the number of revolutions of the impeller so as not to damage the structure of the product and during the washing phase increases the flow rate of the pump for efficient sanitization of the entire machine.
The machine does not need to be powered with steam or hot water.
