Product Details
Pasteurization monoblock with plate heat exchanger.

Suitable for:

  • pasteurization of milk
  • pasteurization of liquid or semi-dense food products.

Consisting of:
  • Plate heat exchanger, complete with: large plates in Aisi 304 stainless steel, connections on both heads and intermediates DIN11851, heat exchange plates in Aisi 316 stainless steel particularly shaped to guarantee ideal vortices for homogeneous pasteurisation;
  • 100 liter Aisi 304 stainless steel constant level tray positioned on 3 adjustable feet, float valve for regulating the product reception level, DIN11851 connections;
  • Sanitary centrifugal electric pump oversized in such a way as to carry out an energetic washing action, made of Aisi 304 stainless steel for parts in contact with the product, casing and feet;
  • Hot water production unit consisting of: pneumatically operated steam modulating valve, brazed Aisi 304 stainless steel heat exchanger, floating condensate drain, centrifugal pump with vaiton seals, pressure gauge for pressure detection on the circuit, ISPESL calibrated safety valve, expansion tank for hot water, thermometer, Aisi 304 stainless steel pipe connections and DIN11851 fittings;
  • Pneumatically operated 3-way diversion valve;
  • Electrical command and control panel in stainless steel;
  • Tubular thermostatic stand arranged in a snake shape behind the exchanger;
  • Electro-welded stainless steel tubular frame on which all the equipment described above are mounted and installed, positioned on adjustable feet.

Main features:

  • The product flows in the plates are made in such a way that in the event of a puncture in one of the plates, the product still to be pasteurized cannot contaminate the already pasteurized product.
  • Pasteurization temperature detection system: in case of insufficient heating, the diverter valve will automatically prevent the unpasteurized product from being sent into production.
  • Digital temperature recording system with relative pasteurization data saving on USB stick. This data can be downloaded onto a PC using the dedicated software supplied.
  • Thermal recovery system: the heat of the milk after pasteurization is used to heat the "raw" product entering the pasteurizer.
  • The pump is managed by an inverter in such a way as to increase the flow rate during the washing phase and during pasteurization the pump impeller has a low number of revolutions such as not to damage the structure of the product.
