Telescopic lifting system: the quality, type and consistency of the curd obtained in the multipurpose machine will be transferred unchanged to the forms placed on the curd unloading table thanks to the system of communicating vessels, as the unloading speed is regulated (thanks to the telescopic lifting) by difference between the discharge level and the level of curd contained in the multipurpose mixer.
