For cooling and firming pasta filata cheeses. The vat, placed at the end of the forming process, allows a completely automatic hardening cycle avoiding the manual handling of the product by the operator.
Structure in Aisi 304 stainless steel with mechanical feed system and automatic control of the cooling water temperature.


Operation:

Mozzarella or pasta filata cheese, coming out of the moulder, will fall into the product collection vat, where, thanks to an adjustable flow water jet, they will be transported into the hardening tank.
Here the perforated grids, through a specific studied movement and water jets, will transport the products towards the conveyor belt which will lead the products to storage.

Permanence times of the product in the vat that can be managed by the operator based on the type of product.
