Tilting coagulation cradle vat, suitable for:
  • coagulation and unloading of soft cheeses


Description:
Cradle vat with horizontal axis, made of Aisi 304 stainless steel.

90° tipping system via electric actuators hinged between the tank and the frame, stainless steel slide on the long side to facilitate unloading.

Tipping and lowering control with dead man system.


Optional:
  • Insulation
  • Automatic pasteurization system using indirect steam or hot water
  • Automatic pasteurization system via electrical resistance
  • Automatic thermostating system (for lactic curds)
