The machine was conceived, designed and built with the aim of making all the phases of curd transformation into pasta filata in a totally automatic way. The machine can therefore be managed by an operator without dairy experience.
To operate it will be necessary supplied with water, electricity, steam and compressed air.

  • Pasta filata (scamorza, provolone, caciocavallo, etc..)

  • Aisi 304 stainless steel structure
  • Stretching tank complete with two motorized augers and steam injectors
  • Non-stick coating of the stainless steel parts in contact with the product
  • Automatic product expulsion door
  • Touch-screen and PLC for the automatic management of all the processing phases
